Terms and Conditions
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one: Términos y Condiciones (Spanish).
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using the services of Evolution Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use our services.
2. Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full before any booking is confirmed. Evolution Travel accepts multiple secure payment methods.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are entitled to a refund of 80% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: no refund.
4. Responsibilities
Evolution Travel undertakes to provide the services described in each tour package. We are not responsible for force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or itinerary changes for reasons beyond our control.
5. Travel documents
Travelers are responsible for having all the documents required for the trip (identity documents, visas if applicable, etc.). Evolution Travel is not responsible if entry to a destination is denied due to missing documents.
6. Changes
Evolution Travel reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after they are published on this website.
